The sender phone number is currently restricted from sending due to its line reputation. This is an HTTP 403 error returned when the line you are acting on cannot currently deliver to Apple. The request was rejected before anything was created or sent.

## Troubleshooting

- Retry from a different phone number on your account
- Omit `from` on `POST /v3/messages` to let us pick an eligible number for you
- Review the affected line’s reputation and delivery analytics in the [Linq dashboard](https://dashboard.linqapp.com/) under **Analytics → Fleet Status**
- Contact support with the `trace_id` if the number should be eligible
